Fall/Winter/Early Spring

Friday and Saturday includes lodging, breakfast and afternoon tea.

Sunday through Thursday includes lodging, breakfast & afternoon tea.

• Rates are subject to a 10% charge for services and state taxes.

Deposits
For reservations made 15 or more days in advance:

• A deposit of one night's lodging is required for a one or two night stay.
• A deposit of 50% is required for stays of three nights or more.

For reservations made 14 days or less:

• The total lodging amount is required.

Cancellation Policy

For cancellations made at least 15 days prior to arrival: a refund will be made of your deposit less a fee of $25.00/room.

For cancellations made less than 15 days prior to your arrival: no refund will be made, and all lodging balances due will be charged to the credit card we have on file at the time of cancellation.

Business Meetings

Please give us the opportunity to have your business conference here at the inn. We have the audiovisual equipment to make for a successful meeting.

Notes

• All rooms are air conditioned for the summer season.
• All rooms have private baths.
• Inground pool opens for summer season.
• The Weathervane is a smoke free environment.
• Children are welcome.
• We do not have facilities for your pet at the inn
• We have a liquor license and sell and serve wine, beer and mixed drinks.
• We do not allow food and beverages in our guestrooms or suites.
• Dinner available to parties of ten or more by prior arrangement.

Late Spring & Summer

Weekends:

A three-night stay is required. Saturday must be included as a night of the stay, includes three nights lodging, breakfast each morning, and afternoon tea.

• Weekend package rate is $550.00 based on double occupancy (two people).
• Suites are available for the same package for $775.00
• Single occupancy rate is $475.00 (Single occupancy for Suite is $650.00).
• Third person in a room $30.00 per day additional.
• If, by chance, a Guestroom or Suite should be available for a Friday or Saturday night only in July or August, the rate is $195.00-$230.00 per night for a Guestroom and $275.00-$350.00 per night for a Suite (depending on single or double occupancy).

• The rate is $ 150.00-$175.00 for two persons per room per day. This includes lodging, breakfast and afternoon tea. A one-night stay is available midweek.
• Suites are available for the same package for $225.00 - $275.00/night.
• Third person in a room is $30.00 per day.
• Single occupancy is $135.00 - $150.00 for lodging, breakfast and afternoon tea.
