Deposit Policy:

The full amount will be taken as a depsoit on stays of one or two nights; for stays of three nights or more, a 50% deposit will be taken.

Please see our Cancellation Policy for additional information on your deposit.

Cancellation Policy:

For cancellations made at least 15 days prior to arrival, a refund will be made of your deposit less a fee of $25.00/room.

For cancellations made less than 15 days prior to your arrival: Unfortunately, no refunds will be made and all lodging balances due will be charged to the credit card we have on file at the time of cancellation; however, for each night we are able to re-book, we will offer you a Lodging Voucher, to be used within one year of your scheduled stay.
