Reservation Information

Important information about your stay:

Rates are based on single or double occupancy. For those rooms able to accommodate more than two guests, a rate of $30/night/per person will be added to the rate and subject to tax.

A 10% charge for service and state taxes are added to your room rate

Check in: from 2:00 PM – 8:00 PM. If arriving after 8:00 p.m., please call in advance to make late check-in arrangements.

Check out by11:00 AM

Breakfast is served each morning from 8:00 a.m. – 9:30 a.m. Please let the innkeepers know in advance if you have any special dietary restrictions.

All rooms are air conditioned for the summer season

All rooms have private bath

The Weathervane Inn is a smoke free environment

Children of all ages are welcome but must be supervised at all times

We do not have facilities for your pet at the inn but can recommend excellent lodging for them locally

Guests are asked to contain the consumption of food to the Breakfast Room and Game Room. We ask that no food be consumed in our guestrooms or suite.

Dinner available to parties of ten or more by prior arrangement

Cell service in the Berkshires is getting better but service may not be available everywhere in the inn

Deposit Policy:

For one and two night stays, the full amount will be taken as a deposit. For stays of three nights or longer, a 50% deposit will be taken.

Cancellation Policy:

For cancellations made at least 15 days prior to arrival: a refund will be made of your deposit less a fee of $25.00/room.

For cancellations made less than 15 days prior to your arrival: Unfortunately, no refunds will be made and all lodging balances due will be charged to the credit card we have on file at the time of cancellation; however, for each night we are able to re-book, we will offer you a Lodging Voucher, to be used within one year of your scheduled stay.
